Beth Burrows
Beth Burrows is a British singer, actress and playwright. She works between her Dubai and UK bases. Her theatre education started aged 14 when she was accepted to the National Youth Music Theatre. Finishing her first degree in English and Drama, Beth went on to complete her professional training at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (number one drama training provider in the UK for 2015).
Graduating with an MA in Musical Theatre, she moved to London where she was cast in the lead role of Betsy in the European premiere of Ryan Scott Oliver’s new musical, ‘35MM’. Other credits include Theresa in ‘Curtain Up’ and the imperious Gwendoline Fairfax in Oscar Wilde’s ‘The importance of Being Earnest.’
Relocating to the Dubai in 2015, Beth quickly established herself as a popular singer, actress and presenter. She has appeared in commercials for Emirates Airlines, presented the largest business awards ceremony in the Middle East to an audience of over 1,000 and is a guest act the iconic Music Hall Dubai, where she is the only artist to perform two shows a night.
In 2015 Beth created ‘Sirens of the Silver Screen’, a one-woman musical cabaret exploring the shadowy, secretive lives of Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe. The show has been performed in the Middle East to wide acclaim and great media coverage.
